If You Use Our Rental Services, Including Rental Property Applications

For instance, we may pass your rental application to the property manager for a specific property or recommend other similar properties you may be interested in. Your rental application information is not used for any other purposes without your consent.
If you use our Tenant Check product, your personal information may be shared with our service providers to generate a Tenant Check report, which is attached to any rental applications you submit for property managers' review.
Who We Share It With
If you opt in to our utility connection service or submit an online rental application, we may share your information with third parties, including real estate agents, to assess your rental application. If successful, and with your consent, we may also share your details with utility connection service providers to facilitate your move-in process. These third parties may contact you directly regarding their offers, promotions, goods, or services.
How We Secure It
We delete the identification documents provided as part of a rental application after 60 days. If you have not edited, viewed, or used your Renter Profile to submit an application in 18 months, we will delete all your information except your name and email address.
This means we will delete your cover letter, Other Occupant details, pet details, income information, employment details and references, address history details and references, and emergency contact details.
If You Apply for a Home Loan or Contact a Mortgage Broker Through Our Sites
Information We Collect
For these services, we may collect additional information directly from you, such as your date of birth, bank account details, occupation, age, number of dependents and cohabitants, length of time residing at your current address, proof of earnings and expenses, and potentially sensitive information such as health details (with your consent). Complaints Regarding Our Compliance With Credit Reporting Requirements
