All the Real Estate® is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines our approach to copyright infringement and how we handle claims of copyright violation in accordance with Victorian Australia laws.

All the Real Estate® respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, including copyright holders, and acknowledges that they retain full ownership and control over their works.
2. User Responsibilities
Users of All the Real Estate® services must ensure that any content they upload, share, or publish on our platforms does not infringe upon the copyright of others. This includes but is not limited to images, text, videos, and any other creative works.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyright-protected work has been used on All the Real Estate® platforms in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a notice of infringement to our designated Copyright Agent.
The notice should include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.
- Sufficient information to enable All the Real Estate® to locate the material.
- Contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated Copyright Agent.
The counter-notice should include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.
The counter-notice should be sent to the same Copyright Agent mentioned above.
5. Removal of Infringing Content
Upon receipt of a valid notice of infringement, All the Real Estate® will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
6. Copyright Disputes
All the Real Estate® encourages copyright owners and users to resolve disputes directly whenever possible. However, if a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may seek legal remedies through the courts in Victoria, Australia.
7. Changes to the Copyright Policy
All the Real Estate® reserves the right to update or modify this Copyright Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our platforms.
